Troubleshoot: App not working
May 30th 2024: We have received reports that some users are experiencing problems with the app. We have recently done some server maintenance, and unfortunately that has resulted in some recent user accounts being disabled by mistake.
To resolve the problem, please uninstall the app
and then download the latest PlatoApp from the Play/App store here
Use the same username and password to log in to the app.
If the above does not work, please reach out us directly with username, name of your phone and operating system, and we will look into it.
